Losse Project, Marfa Texas:
Ms. Losse contacted us during her renovation of an old adobe home. She was initially uncertain about the color of the counter so we consulted her. The kitchen had green walls and white cabinets, which would go nicely with a red countertop, her construction worker, Belle and I all agreed on the color. Ms. Losse was uncertain at first, we understood that red is such a bold color, but as you can see, it complimented the white farm sink she wanted to keep.
Red and other warm colored countertops help make an older home feel more authentic and inviting. Grey and cool color tones might not compliment that old style charm or adobe type architecture. Any time you need help or a consultation, let us know. We have a large color palette and years experience in interior design that we can lend if needed. Choosing the right color for a project can be daunting since the ultimate choice is yours. Most of our clients simply choose Universal Grey, however, we encourage people to look at other color options that might better suit their style.
